About Answers for Business

Answers for Business is part of the Answers Group of businesses, owned and operated by Jeannette Roddy, which initially started in 2000.

Our main focus is on helping our clients to run very successful businesses. We recognise that every business owner has a different view of success, and we work with the owner to achieve their own goals, whether that is, for example, to achieve a 500% growth in turnover, or to create a business that is run on a day to day basis by the management team, rather than the owner.

We work very closely with the owner and management team, to identify what the goal for the business is, and then work through a variety of options on how to achieve that goal. Sometimes the business can take forward the majority of the work on its own, sometimes we will work with the team to support them in delivering the changes, and sometimes we will bring in Associates with specialist knowledge to support different aspects of the project.

We place our clients and their needs as the main priority in our activity, and all options are fully discussed and agreed with the client before embarking on further work. This allows us to hold the client’s trust and respect, as well as creating the necessary boundaries for both parties.
