Is your client really special?
If you are interested in engaging with your client, the chances are your client is really special. It may be they are a big revenue client, or they might be able to lead you to more business, or they are very influential in your market and you want them to have a good opinion of you.
If you are reading this, then maybe things aren't going quite so well. Perhaps the last order was faulty, or they won't return your calls, or they have just asked you to tender for business for the first time in years.
Whatever the problem is, there are many ways to sort it out, and create the relationship you want to have. It may need some research, or some role play, or a completely new approach, or something else. If you are prepared to try something new to make things work, then anything is possible.
