History

Overview

Answers for Business has evolved from initial business Answers Consulting, which was started in 2000 by Jeannette Roddy.

Jeannette has been working with SME clients on strategic business issues in many different industries for over 7 years, and came to recognise that her clients valued the quality of the discussion process, the external perspective and the support of key staff members in changing the way they did things far more than the written documents produced.

Following on from this, Jeannette trained as a corporate coach with the Corporate Coach University, and is now an accredited coach through the International Coach Federation. This now provides a business service which combines significant board level business experience with supportive, yet assertive, questioning to help business owners get to the right answers for their business. The blend between consultancy, coaching and mentoring can be adapted to suit the needs of the business.

As part of this new approach, Jeannette also works with a number of associates, carefully selected for their professionalism and high standards of work in other business areas, to ensure that the businesses she works with gain the support they need.
