If you are unsure whether the support you need is coaching, consultancy or training, it may well be that the best solution in the short term is mentoring.

Mentoring is much more like having a conversation with an experienced professional, where we listen to you, and then pass on our own experience as a way of teaching and developing you.

As the mentoring goes on, it becomes apparent where the gaps are, and between us, we can see what other support might be more effective.

Mentoring is particularly effective with new start businesses, or with new start employees, where it is likely the experience is likely to be additive. For more experienced professionals, coaching tends to be a much better option!
