What does a motivated team look like?

Motivated teams are great places to be. They are high in energy, high in fun, high in achievement and highly supportive of each of the team members.

How does this compare with your team in your business?

Well, if you are reading this page, presumably the answer is that the two aren't very similar at all. If your team is low energy, low fun and low achievement, it probably means the team isn't too supportive of its members either.
