Answers for Business is used to working with small businesses. Sometimes they are new starts, sometimes they have been in business for some time, and choose to be small! What they have in common usually is not enough hours in the day, and a strong sense of the gaps in the business.

In working with small businesses, we take into account that you have limited time available to be able to work on your business, rather than in it. Some organisations prefer to put aside a full half day to work through. Others prefer an hour by telephone on a more frequent basis.

In filling in the business gaps, some organisations are looking for new ways of thinking, or ideas. Others already know a lot about the business, and are looking for challenge or a different perspective.
