The Legal Part.

All work with individuals and teams is confidential. All information provided during this work is private. Your name will not be used as a reference without your verbal or written consent. This confidentiality statement is subject to the laws of England and Wales.

All initial contracts are tendered on a fixed fee basis. Thereafter, contracts are reviewed. Where possible, the work will continue on a fixed fee basis. Fees will be set out in writing to the client at least two weeks prior to the work beginning, and may be split into equal monthly payments. Monthly fees are payable in advance on the first of the month. Other fees are paid in two sections, at the half-way point of the work, and within 30 days of the conclusion of the project. Notice of 14 days or two meeting sessions, whichever is the longer, is expected for any material changes to the project.

In the event that it is necessary to reschedule a meeting or session, it is expected that at least 48 hours notice will be given. Where possible, the session will be rescheduled within the next 5 working days. In the event that 48 hours notice is not given, Answers for Business reserves the right to charge the client for the session.

All associates involved in programmes with Answers Consulting are members of their appropriate professional body and adhere to that bodies ethics and standards for their profession.
